Adriano played the iconic role of Brutus in this adaption of Shakespeare’s classic. In this new take, Brutus remained a strategic political figure, dignified military leader, and loving friend — while piling on conflicting relationships with his son, wife, and mother. Though brief in appearance, Adriano also played the fan favourite washer-woman, Esther, a gruff commoner who straddled the line of comic relief and high tragedy.
